GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your package will be dispatched from the FACTORY OUTLET store in Leamington, Ontario, Canada. Special care is taken to bubble wrap your purchase before it is shipped to protect your purchase until it arrives safely at your door. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a quoted delivery date is missed. Due to limitations, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.

*PLEASE NOTE* ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY. WHEN YOU RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION, YOU MAY HAVE THE OPTION TO PRE-SIGN FOR DELIVERY OR HOLD IT AT A PICK-UP LOCATION. REVIEW YOUR TRACKING EMAIL FOR MORE INFORMATION.

SHIPPING TO USA

Standard Shipping is available to all locations within mainland United States. Standard Shipping Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery and are shipped via UPS courier with tracking and drop-off with signature.

Due to the USA placing tariffs on goods made in China, shipments may be applicable to duties, taxes, and fees — and may be subject to delays as a result. UPS will contact you directly about your shipment. It is very important you follow your tracking information as provided for up to date notices/shipping information.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS courier with tracking and drop-off with signature. Shipping fees may vary according to the weight and overall dimensions of the shipment and what zone/postal code it is being shipped to.

THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE TO SHIPPING TO RURAL LOCATIONS. WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT.
