FUTUR HOCKEY Warranty Policy

FUTUR HOCKEY stands behind the quality of our premium composite sticks. If a FUTUR Hockey stick fails due to accident, abuse, negligence, or abnormal use, the product will not be covered by this or any other warranty. This warranty is expressly declared to be given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied on FUTUR's part.

Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

• 30-Day Window: All claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
• Coverage Scope: Covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, or abnormal use is excluded.
• Excluded Levels of Play: Usage by a Professional, Tier 1, University or College player is excluded from any warranty coverage.
• Replacement Terms: A single one-time replacement stick is granted per original purchase, with product substitutions provided if your exact model is out of stock. Replacement sticks carry no further warranty.
• No unauthorized person can give an additional warranty in connection with the sale of FUTUR products.

How to File a Claim

Email warranty@futurhockey.com and attach the following required information:

1. Receipt Image: Clear photo showing proof of purchase and date.
2. Serial Number & Data Bar: Photo showing the serial number on the shaft and data bar.
3. Full Stick Image: One photo showing the serial number and the broken area together.
4. Break Details: 3–4 close-up photos of the break from both sides.
5. Player Details: Height, weight, and a brief description of how the break occurred.
