In order for your warranty request to be processed, a valid proof of purchase is required. All claims must be submitted 30 days from date of purchase as per the stick warranty policy. Please note that any claims that are not in compliance with our warranty parameters, will be denied. 

FUTUR Hockey LLC has the right to substitute therefore, you will be provided with several replacement options at the time of creating your claim. If the exact stick is not available, equivalent replacement options will be presented to you.

To start your claim, you will be required to have the following photos available:

• Image 1: Image of the receipt, including white serial number sticker and black serial number on the shaft of the stick
• Image 2: Image of the full stick showing black serial number and the break area clearly
• Image 3: Image of the breakage area on the stick
